    18. Mourad Hdiouad (CSKA)

CSKA​ defeated Litex with 1:0 in a Bulgarian Cup match and qualified for the quarterfinals. The match was played in front of 6000 fans at Bulgarska armiya stadium.

In the 20th minute Gargorov made an excellent pass towards Trica in the penalty are but the Romanian missed the moment, couldn’t use the good opportunity and sent the ball wide.

Two minutes later Hdiouad crossed the ball into the penalty area, Dah Zadi headed it towards goal but keeper Vutov stretched and punched it into a corner. The Reds opened the score in the 43rd minute when Yanev crossed the ball form a free kick given for a fowl against Gargorov. Hdiouad outjumped everybody in the area and made it 1:0 to CSKA.

In the 56th minute Yanev crossed the ball again and again it was Hdiouad to head it towards goal but this time straight into Vutov’s arms.

In the 80th minute the Reds missed the best opportunity to double their advantage. Yanev passed the ball at the right wing towards the substitute Yurukov who was left eye on eye with keeper Vutov. He tried to kick the ball pass him but narrowly missed the goal and it went wide.
